06 B40 Warrior engine stalling.

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice as to why, when my truck is ticking over or when I'm driving and coasting upto a junction or keeping up with traffic with no accelerator, the engine stops.
Under accelerator/load it's fine.
At idle I've noticed that it starts fist time, idles fine until it starts to warm up then the revs drop to 6oo/650 rpm then stops, no spluttering as there is fuel starvation, just stops dead.
I've had it plugged in to see what fault codes came up but the lad cleared them all without me seeing them! Since then I've searched the Internet and done some common sense work, ie, cleaned sensor connects that I can get at, new fuel filter though the truck is serviced every year and was done last September.
The only sensor I can't get at is the crankshaft angle sensor because of the AC pump being in the way.
My thinking is that it's this sensor which is at fault?
Can the AC pump be moved enough to remove the sensor without having to remove it completely? It's a small gap and I've got large hands, not a good combination!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
