Is it common for a L200 2010, to leak oil from transfer box, its leaking at bottom of transfer box looks like its coming from oil seal by propshaft at front, had oil seal changed and still leaking, and ideas or do I need another to fit a new seal ??

Had this with my k74 l200, I damaged the new seal putting the driveshaft back in and oil pissed out of it, it’s worth trying a new seal just in case.
