Just wanted to say thanks to Scott for telling me what was wrong with my computer, how to take it apart and replace it and even what part to get and where to get it from. There is no doubt that I would never have been able to do this without help. I now have a fully functioning computer once more

No problem at all 
on getting stuck in - they're like trucks; not so complex once you get in and about them!
