l200 value

Hi everyone so I'm looking at buying a 2000 model l200 it has done 180 000 miles it has had all its belts done and got a year's mot on it I have had a look at it and all seems well but as I have never owned 1 I wanted people's opinion on what this is worth cheers

Hard to say without seeing it, but it's quite an old truck and high miles, I'd say about £1500 give or take depending on the bumps, scrapes, corrosion, interior etc
At that age and miles you want to be checking the headlamp panel and spare wheel cross member for corrosion

Cool. Cheers guys would it be wort oil change and replacing the air filter also what sort of mileage is possible from the truck if it is well maintained

Always change the oil,you never know how old the present oil is...

If it's still on its original engine at that mileage then it must have been looked after

Would see a well looked after engine do 200k and more


2003 warrior RIP Monday 10th February 2014
2001 trojan green over silver, 30mm wheel spacers, all terrains, side steps removed, egr blanked, air con unit, rad and tension plate removed.
Trojan died the ole bitch, driving a Peugeot 406 now ffs
