Real easy. I'll even help if you like.
You will need:
1x heat exchanger
5m 8mmID fuel line (Feed)
5m 6mmID fuel line (return)
1x tank, outboard motor tank is common but I fancy making a nice custom jobbie to fit in against the side of the tub in the future
a sh1tl0ad of fuel line clips/clamps
hundreds of cable ties
some water/coolant line clips
some water pipe fittings to suit your installation and about a day/ day and a half of your time

You can get eveything you need from Oilybits and he is really good at chatting through things with you. Alternatively you might be able to get some bargains from the internets
