hello can you change cable throttle on the 4d56 engine to electric or vice versa are blocks the same help needed thanks

@LezT is the man for this, more has to be changed like fuel pump and more I think

Think the blocks are the same but oil pump is differen and old one don't have thrust washers in the bottom end where as new ones (fbw) do.

Blocks can be interchanged, FBw has different oil pump ( carries Crank Position Sensor) there are a few pipes and a different turbo and manifolds..... really need a bit more info on which is being swapped for what..

thanks for your reply I have a engine out of a 03 warrior with knackered bottom end and a engine from a y reg 4life with a knackered top just wondering if I can make one out of the two
