I forgot my password and requested a new one . The response was that an e mail would be sent and then to complete the required process. Unfortunately I haven`t received any e mail. Would you be able to help please.[blush]

Check your email Spam folder, emails from forums etc often end up there

Failing that, give it another go and request another is sent, the system will send a new password which will replace the previous one.

Checked both my e mail addresses and nothing in either of them. I may have registered with my old business e mail address which is now ceased. Is the best way forward to re-join or is there a better way ? ( I can feel my face getting redder wit embarrassment ).

Ya know when you get back on there's gonna be a tirade of abuse coming......

If you have registered with an old e mail thats unused now it will have been sent to that, we dont have any input on it as its automated. only option is to re register.

In that case this is the last you`ll hear of me under this name. May leave it a few days to re-register to save all the embarrassment. Nah, sod it , may as well get it over with !!!!!
