Got both sets of sliders back today, worked out just under £30 a set for Galvanising on its own, or £60 a set if they need shot blasting as well.
For that kinda money it's not worth painting or powder coating.

You can also get coloured galvanising but I think that is quite a bit more.

I got a quote from a place more local to me and they were talking the best part of £180 for blasting and galvanising
one set as they had a minimum charge, so it was worth going a little further out at that price.
To get away without shotblasting the metal has to have absolutely no paint, my sliders didn't need blasting, Steve's did, still think £60 is pretty good for blasting and Galvanising
