4WD light driving me crazy

Hi guys my 4wd light is flashing in 2wd I have cleaned the electrical connections and checked all pipes for blockages and leaks and they are ok I have checked vac pump and it is creating a vacuum. It engages 4w high and low and disengages fine but still flashing in 2wd what is the problem please help any info or advice is welcome thanks

Just going through the same problem on a new shape . was told to check under bash plate for broken wire and found it . just not sure where to re solder it

Was told the same going to check the switch tomorrow hopefully that's the problem

Also check that the vents in the vacuum solenoid are clear

Vac solenoid no shifting far enough due to shyte or the switch on the top of the axle having a wiring problem.... when you checked for blockages, did you clean the two skinny metal pipes up the rear of the cylinder head..?

Two at the rear no don't think I did there was two that run over the length of the cylinder head they where all clear and one pipe was blanked off think that was one for the egr valve when fitted

Very often there will be a blockage in the tiny pipes mate, pain in the butt to get to, just behind the head close to the rear lifting eye on the back of the inlet manifold... hole in them is about the size of a washer jet, clean them with a pin or a fine bit of wire..

Iv ordered a new vac thingy migigy and two selinods so hopefully will sort mine out next week.
