How do intention the above on a new shape 2006? Or more importantly how do I release tension to get belt on before tensioning it back up? Am I missing something obvious?

Nope don't think so. No adjusters on them. Has a separate auromatic tensioner pulley.

To the left of the crankshaft pulley is the auto tensioner. From memory its a spanner in the nut in the centre and turn clockwise to loosen tension.
