Running lumpy on tick over

Does anyone know what could be causing my l200 to tick over lumpy I have changed fuel filter and air filter had all the injectors done last year new turbo to and the bottom pully was done to due to the woodruff key wearing and slipping out of time

check your vac pipes for splits or leaks

When did it start running lumpy?
Does it belch black smoke on revving?
