For Sale » Classic bash plate sets ..£175

I have just collected 4 sets ( first delivery ) of bash plate sets.. engine front, engine rear and gearbox..unpainted in 4 mm steel.. cost to me is £150 per set and I want £175 with £25 from each set going into the forum pot.. They will be with me at the National meet as I can't post them......
Strictly first come first serve on these pennies to be collected at the meet.. or paypal, but I'd prefer pennies as that's how I have to buy them...
More will be coming as the pattern etc is now with the cutter / bender in Norfolk. Shaclez will possibly be at the meet too... just waiting for delivery...

I can confirm they are worth it, I drove into a tree stump & the front plate took the impact & wasn't damaged at all.

I had to get my plate heated and re shaped due to getting bashed last year,saved my sump from getting ripped off! 🙀

Loads of underbody protection already available for the disco 2, can't imagine it would be viable to make a set from scratch

Mr T, I assume there is no point putting my original bash plates on & I can bolt your new ones on at the meet?

I have not really driven the truck since it was fixed only round the block a couple of times, I got the green flashing light all the time now, put it into 4wd and the light is solid. I had a mess around with the vac pipes & kinda bypassed something that was sucking & connected it temporary to the pipe that goes down to the actuator & the flashing then stopped. I have put it all back as normal and think it could possibly be a solenoid?

I like the size of the gearbox plate.Got the other plates on and well worth having I'm just getting the gearbox plate to make up my trio 😎
