Battery and water in diesel light on and it's over charging new shape l200 57 plate, changed diesel filter put new battery on and 2 new alternators thought first was faulty but still overcharging up to 18v at some points. Driving me mental and costing a fortune HELP [help]

Got the problem sorted small live wire (white with red stripe and gray bands) coming from fuse box under bonnet from a 7.5 amp fuse was broken in the loom right at the front of the engine. Hope this helps anyone else with these problems cheers
