Water in footwell

Hello all,
I have a 56 new shape l200.
The passenger side foot well and rear footwell are getting soaked with water,(at the time we hadn't had rain)Not just a little either,I sponged around 2 pints out, dried out and checked for leaks but didn't find where it was coming in from, this was before Christmas.
I have just taken all the seats and sodden carpet out as it has happened again but still cannot find where it is coming in from.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
Cheers Duane

They leak around the rear window, the seals go on the two triangle windows each side of the one that goes up and down.
Drop the rear seat down and remove the panel, remove windows, clean crap off and re seal.

Just as an update incase anyone else has this problem, Nick was spot on, the 2 rear windows were leaking, its a bit of a major job though, not so much taking the windows out, which are actually bolted in so fairly easy to do, but to dry the carpet out it's an all seats out job and remove the foam stuff as this gets totally saturated.
Thanks again Nick for your help and advise.

I have the same water leak in my L200 2007 plate. Thought is was coming from the front ie windscreen wiper area.

My garage have looked at it, stripped it out and think it is from the back two rear windows to the side of the electric central window.

My garage suggest its an Autoglass type job. Are there some new seals/rubbers or something similar required or is it some form of sealent required? I haven't taken the glass out yet to know more?

I have a cover on the back of my L200. Is the job made easier if this is taken off as I have not done this before?
