Heater plug relay timer location

Where is the timer for the solonoid relay. Not the actually wee solonoid thing on the passengers wing but the timer for it which tells it when to go on and off???

it is controlled by the ecu the relay for that is in the passenger footwell I think

no it was just getting a bit chuggy when cold so i gave the solenoid a chap with a spanner, now its stuck on lol
