Ive had my truck 6 weeks and love it. Done 1700 miles in it


Today i came to a junction stopped pulled out and when accelerating up hill it just lost all power eml on.came to stop on the grass anf it cut out. Started up. Eml light on still drove again and noticed it keeps cutting out under hard acceleration. Limped it 15 miles home barely pressin pedal plugged my handy dandy ebay special obd2 reader and 2 codes p0093 fuel leak large and p0093p which no code is in book or on net. Plugged mates snap on code reader and same 0093. There is no leak or smell of diesel but we did notice a sound just before 2000rpm for the turbo kicking in

Any help would be great

It also has a rallitronic box on it but this has been on since i bought it and never gave any trouble throughout towing or normal driving till today

Try unplugging your rallitronic box and reset the code, these boxes are known to got faulty, drive it around for a few days to see if you get
the problem return, if you do i would then be looking at the suction control valve (common faulty item as well) located on the back of the fuel pump

If i unplug the box will i have get injectors dun again as ive read the injectors show up overheating. Which mine doesnt seem to.ive ordered a suction valve. Will unplugging jist the box at side of battery be enougj or do i av to remove everything

You will have to undo all of the five or six plugs
four off the top of engine
And two towards the back of engine on the right hand
when you unplug one you have to plug the original one back in

I did 600 mile towing with the l200 from cheshire to cornwall down a30 i thought if it was goin suffer then it would be then. Ive ordered a scv and try that.

I do a lot of offroading mate in my disco. Just.not in the l200 as its 2 nice n used for towing. So the good old landy is a my toy.

Bit of an update.put 20 quid of the finest derv in the beast and ragged the heck out of her and no eml or cutting out. So av come to the conclusion it doesnt like being below quater tank. Or can scv be bit tempremental on the way out.

Where is the fuel tank breather as tank seems to be pressurising.

So could be a blocked breather

Right update time. Fitted new denso scv had it callobrated and has been sweet as nut all week.now tonight its acting the twat again so now we are looking at the fuel rail switch and the harness.

Now i can find the switch but no harness can anyone enlighten me on a code number for it. And then i can change both at same time.

Removed the rallitronic box and it wouldnt rev. And eml code p0192 pressure sensor circuit low.

So reinstalled it and fired up fine and no code.

So goin change high pressure unit unless someone has a better thing to try

Right bin fine for over a year after fitting a new scv valve.
Couple weeks ago it started cutting out again.just cutting out eml light on fires straight up but have to stop before itl start.

I 4t it was when tank is low but now its doing it whatever is in the tank. And it doesnt have to be under load. I do alot of towing and it was fine this weekend when towed to lake district and back. Then today it cut out and would start but cut out 3 or 4 times b4 starting and moving again.

Any ideas on what it could be as all i get is code p0093 large fuel leak.
