Oil in the turbo and air intake hose? (Photos)

Hi, is it normal to have oil here on the inlet side? Splattered into the intake hose.

Some oil but not lots from breather I'd check for play in the turbine blade a tiny bit of movement back and forward is ok any sideways movement and it's on it's way out also if there I my scoring in the housing where the blades spin
