#1 by Nicpits68 , Mon Oct 03, 2016 1:40 pm

Hi.
Does any one know which brand of wind deflectors I should go for?
I have a 2007 curved model L200.
Many thanks

Nicholas

Heko for me as with most people, mine stay in without the clips.

Your curved model is commonly known as a pram,so you now know you drive a pram.

Never had any issues myself .. and never heard of any before either /// not sure how he reckons they damaged the motor ... worst case would be the ' anti trap ' would work and they'd open again ...but as I say never heard of that happening , and certainly never happened to me . I reckon he needed to spray some s ilicone spray on his windo channel and some unscrupolous garage said it was his motors...

Hi . Ordered some Team Heko wind deflectors. Front ones fitted fine without clips, lovely. Rear ones....different story. Managed to break both of them. They didnt fit tight and i really cant see how the clips fit! The channel seems far to narrow to get clip in, plus the rears caused the auto window jam to kick in as the hit each time the window goes up. All in all , happy with fronts and to be fair, i dont mind just having fronts but im pissed off with the rears

I fitted Heko. Initally when I fitted them the motors did not push the glass right up, but I gave the motor a bit of assistance with the palm of my hands a couple of times, which helped to position them at the side of the slot. After that no problem. Had them for about 3 years and love them!
