Hi all just joined this forum, and there is some really interesting reading keep it up !! My question is I have a 2005 l200 warrior which has been a fantastic work horse as well as a great fun 4x4 but sadly the chassis has rotted through , I am seriously thinking of a complete over haul so I want to know if I can buy a new chassis for it, I don't want to patch the old one , and is it a long job to remove the double cab off the chassis. thanks dellboy

The rust is in the usual place in the back leg, I can poke holes very easily through it, I could weld it but I don't want to I want this vehicle to last a for years, so I will do it and do it once. Start with a new chassis if I can get one. And galvanize it,
