Hi all.
Finally my wodden bed is finished, still need to do some side panels and the rear.
I think it turned out pretty good

No it's not, I just use it as a everyday car.
Had to change it, as the original was rusted away.

In Denmark you don't have to do anything insurance related, In UK I really don't know.

Ahm - no it was only related to the bed.
Any other modifications there are strickt rules about. power increase is max. 20%

In the UK we must comply to the Construction & Use Regulations, with regards to vehicles... a set of standards for road going vehicles, Issued by the Government.

Not too sure about the chequer plate rear lights holder.... but other than that, I like that a lot.

It must be do-able with an insurance hit as it's becoming quite a popular mod for LR owners with a truckcab.

Looks good, makes a useful vehicle without the wheel arches in the way.


2006 'new shape' from new 66000 miles, no problems, just serviced every 12k miles.
