Slightly off topic but I've just noticed that my rear chrome bar is different to yours.......yours forms out wards to give you the plastic coated step, mine forms in to give clearance over the tow ball. Ill get a pic up in a bit.

It seems they changed the bumper from roughly 2012 onwards to my type, which is ok by me as my tow bar is closer to the truck

I see you have also turned to the dark side with a matt black truck! Is that a vinyl wrap? Damn good idea on a truck as new as yours. Should reap dividends when you come to sell it.

tis wrapped Yods- the paint (quality of which is pish, compared to the classics, presumeably cos its water based) was getting destroyed - its saving stone chips too.
teed up the big 48k service for a coupla weeks time - egr off and ultrasound cleaned, all fluids and lubes.

You never see a rusty classic. Only if it's been dented and not repaired. Paint on a classic is a strong point.
