Hi,

I've bought an Animal (2005 model). In short it's suffered from a broken crankshaft and has been rebuilt by Jap Motors in Hythe Kent.

Just of interest, does anyone know anything about Jap Motors?

Are you hoping to see if they have a reputation for good or bad work?

I aint heard of them but if you have suspected a poor engine build, get in contact with them ASAP and see what they say.

It was a general interest enquiry. I've no complaints, the engine is running well and I'm very happy.

Good times then, if it;s just had a rebuild i woud monitor truck and level closer than normal for a little period. Maybe even do a 'running in' oil service,
