Hi, just bought my first L200 (used) and love it!

But it has come with a few issues...

One of them - when i turn the key in the ignition to ACC on (so the key has turned but the engine hasn't started), i hear a series of beeps - 3 short beeps then a short pause, repeated 6 times. What does this mean? I also have a couple of lights on the dashboard that i think are pointing to another problem (water in fuel filter & battery light constantly on).

The vehicle is a 2006 (new shape) Animal DI-D double cab.

it means you are sat on the drivers seat (seatbelt warning alarm)
next time you get in, put on your seatbelt before turning on the ignition and enjoy the silence from then on

Fuel filter and battery lights could be an alternator issue. I'd get it checked out by a garage if you dont have the equipment to do it
