L200 2.8 will only drive in 2nd gear!!!!

Hi all, got a Mitsubishi l200 2005 2.8 turbo diesel thai automatic. I can select park, neutral, reverse and drive but once in drive it wont change gear and stays in 2nd. Ive put it on various diagnostic machines and no codes present. ANY IDEAS!!!!!!!
