Breaking my 2003 K74

#1 by mikeinatruck , Wed Aug 15, 2018 9:03 pm

Well as you know my L200 got written off so i have decided to break it, way too much work to rechassis and bought a Mk4....

At the moment I need to keep it mobile so nothing is coming off that prevents it moving under its own steam.

I also have a large collection of spares I had amassed that I dont need. I cant list everything but if you want something message me here or on facebook thats easier and I'll see if I have it and i'll quote it.

Off the car big spares...
Rear diff with diff lock
Std open diff
pair of half shafts for std diff with ABS
pair of STD torsion bars
Inlet manifold with butterfly and egr valve
Viscous fan hub
Hand brake cables
rear abs sensors
Front diff in housing

So message me if you are after something.

Engine and turbo are already reserved for someone....

I have the wiring advertised with the tow bar as a kit, but send me a message with your name and i'll give you a shout if I get no joy.. Its the plug and play type and socket was on a separate bracket.

My winch bumper will be available for £600 but if you are interested please let me know and check the L200 parts page on FB I am doing a list of names and will draw from a hat. seemed the fairest way to go. Only put your name down if you are sure you want it.... should anyone pull out next name out the hat gets next chance and so on and so forth.

Set of 5 wheels, 4 Duratrac tyres, spare is a BFG long trail (new) Duratracs have heaps of tread, on them and awesome in snow.. £475

Also starter, alternator Power steering pump, PS pipework, Air con pump, TBR heavy duty torsion bars, rear axle difflock conversion, everything you need just need to run a couple of wires as the rear loom does not have the wiring but the cab does. Or will break seperate. Spare locking rear diff, std rear diff, two front diffs. prop shafts.. you know the drill..
