Hey folks. Thinking of blanking my EGR, it's on an 02 plate classic. eBay is full of various kits, some include gaskets, some don't, some use thicker steel plates etc etc. Is there a good quality, standard kit people on here recommend, and do I need gaskets?

just use the gaskets that are there, £10 is all u need to spend mate dont go mad

Ace, cheers buddy. Didn't know if they were the type that get knackered when you remove the pipe.

they are normally fine u can use a smear of exhaust paste if u want to be sure i think I used fire cement as i was installing my log burner at the time
