Balance Shafted

Are both balance shafts lubricated through the holes in the shafts? Or am I missing something?
I just got new bearings fitted, shipped directly to the engineers from Milners.
I've been on this build for a few months so have been pouring over as many reference sources as my feeble Internettery can find. Everything I've read about this states that the right hand (top) balance shaft is lubricated via a porthole in the block through a hole in the bearing, the holes in block and bearing must line up or no lube to the shaft, and we all know how sore that can get. however, the new bearings in the block have no holes??? There are holes in the small end of the shaft to allow oil from a passageway in the injector pump mounting plate to pass through the shaft. Is this all that's needed or am I indeed missing something here?

If it's not broken yet, you're not trying hard enough.
