Got disillusioned with the oc and the general tone there and went hunting... Just thought there had to be more...

Thankfully there is! So much happier over here, proud to be a member! Thanks to you guys and to everyone on here, always something interesting or fun to read!

Well said!
You can all be members of both sites. It isn't a case of you have to choose one.

Fair comment, I still look at the oc pages every day and write the odd post (as Wicksy). Wouldn't want to put anyone off as there's room for both and both offer something slightly different.

I just look forward to reading what folks are up to over here more, just personal preference, no disrespect intended.

Definitely not wanting to re-open that can of worms!

I got banned from the OC, I class it as their loss. Not Mine!
One less person at their Midlands meets, one less person to offer advice on Classics and Newshapes as I have owned both.
Chris made his decision, so be it.

joined oc and a member sent me a link to this forum, i just could not take to this forum at first i had been in oc for 6 months but very soon got to like the club and the members, its always very busy with lots to read and can chip in with my pennies worth at any time. the site can be serious or fun.. . l200 oc well in my opinion it is still a very good site and do not regret the 15 pounds to join

That's interesting. What was it that put you off, initially?

to be honest skoti i would say it was the fact that i had spent a lot of time on the oc and got use to it and had been along to a couple of meetings and like most do not like change. but it was never to do with any dislikes of the fourum

Was watching an auction on L200 and wondered if there was a forum for such people. And it existed.

Hi all. How did I hear about the L200 Forum? I was talked into it by Basil yesterday after he checked out a cracking good deal on an '03 L200 for sale here on the windswept outer Hebrides. Cheers Basil :-)
