We shall call you Bruce Banner...

My methodology for tough bolts:
Be patient.
Penetrate it (not WD. Use plusgas or home made brew), repeat at least once and leave to soak.
Hand and bar (no longer than 3ft if bar needed)
Impact it.
Oxy.
If it does break, and its implanted with no access round the back, I will get out the dewalt stud removers when there's thread, otherwise its the drill and an irwin spline extractor kit (with a set of drill bits solely for use with).

Here's my method for stuck bolts;

1) Try and undo bolt
2) slip socket off the bolt, skin knuckle, swear
3) Spray with penetrating oil, Repeat step 2.
4) Snap bolt, Swaer. Point out to john my machanic this would not have happened if he was working his magic
5) complain at John until he stops doing what he does
6) Watch as john undoes next bolt without breaking it, ask him to drill out existing bolt
7) Sneak out of the barn and into the farm house to get a drink of water, hide in there until John has finished removing all the bolts
8) Fit part, take photo for instagram, Take all the credit and glory for the work John did.

if exposed bolt then clean exposed thread with a wire brush. Always use a penetrating oil. I personally don't like WD40 but if that is all you have use it. Try and crack the bolt. If it won't shift then if you have access to heat (Oxy of some form) then heat the nut and undo as fast as you can before it cools and lock up. If you find it starts to bind don't continue!!!! screw it back in and try again. You will eventually get it out.

See above if it shears - just a bind!!!!

Wd has it's uses, and lost one when they made it unflammable in most normal situations. I know the topic has come up a few times of acetone+ATF/Veggie oil as a penetrating fluid.(there's also acetone + power steering fluid for rust removal but that's another topic)
