L200 Barbarian 2012 small crease in metal bumper bar

Hi does anyone know how to get a small dent out of the rear bull bar. The size is about the size of a ten pence coin. Looked online but all I can really find is tips on body dings. Or do I just have to buy a new bar?😱

Hi .
If you mean the rear chrome bar then there is not much you can do to get the dents out really .
I have a few special tools that I use for work but the rear bars are normally quite strong and tough to work with
