Camber adjustment bolts

#1 by Fingers , Sat May 16, 2020 8:57 pm

Hi all, looking for some advice regards fitting new wishbone bushes and bolts on my series 4 2006 l200 double cab. If I ever get the old bushes out and get new ones back in, Is there a default position for the adjustable camber bolts? Forgive me if this is on more than once, or in wrong place. like a fool i tried using forum without the guidance from my daughter. Thanks in advance.

Its got 30mm strut spaces with the a top ball joint spacer fitted, which i believe is supposed to correct the camber. However I'm fitting terrafirma shocks with ome springs, which are a touch longer than the standard ones. I'm expecting it to alter the camber so would be grateful for any info regards setting it up.

Really wasn't expecting it to be that simple. Is it positive/negative or 0 camber, do you know? Its wearing 33/12.5/15 shoes if that will make a difference. Might be a few days before it goes back together though. Had to drop wishbones at hgv garage to get bushes out. Run out of oxy/acetylene and 20 ton press won't touch them. Thanks for response.

Thanks very much, money saved on buying camber gauge can go towards next purchase, a winch. This is how it was moved tonight.chwvvqmf
