Evening all my Internet is down at the moment so im posting on my phone and the search is displaying site map for Some reason.
Had my l200 warrior for 6 years now. Did a full engine build a few years ago after the sump rot out and dropped the oil at 70 on the motorway and has not missed a beat since.
I let the wife use it for 1 week and she's broke it lol .
I've got the 48 ge error code but it runs and drives fine it will shudder every 25 minutes eml on for about 3 seconds then it returns to normal.
I have the pin data for testing the pump and its recommended resistance of 0.6 and 0.8 to test the ge actuator across pins 6 and ten I have 0.9 I have been a mechanic for 25 years and never known that resistance difference cause an issue just replaced fuel and air filter and swapped out all the clamps on fuel lines. Any one have any insites 2002 2.5 4d56 with 122k
All vacume lines have also been checked or replaced.
Many thanks tony
