Reversing in darkness

#1 by underlowcloud , Fri Dec 18, 2020 7:45 am

I've recently acquired 2016 Barbarian and last night went out to pick my wife up from a Xmas party(tier1). It was in a rural location so completely dark. When I tried to turn around next to a opening into a field. However I couldn't see anything when reversing. The power of the lights is really poor. So the reversing camera is useless, mirrors useless and leaning out of the window in the rain also useless.
What's the best thing to be done. Can I upgrade the existing bulbs without having to take them out for MOTs or is it better to fit extra lights somewhere?
Has anybody else had this problem or are my night vision retina cells are shot.
