Switches by handbrake?

#1 by stholt5233 , Sun Apr 11, 2021 8:55 pm

Have a 2003 Warrior with 2 switches by the handbrake, one is for the rear diff lock, there is a second switch, same position but opposite side of console. It is a lighted rocker switch that does not look stock to me... Is this a switch someone replaced? If there is supposed to be another switch there, what would it be for? There does not appear to be heated seats in the truck, and the wiring is definitely a home job. Just trying to find some info before tracing wires through a dash...fun times.

The one on mine was for the front light bar.

If it's not broken yet, you're not trying hard enough.

Ok, figured it was probably something aftermarket. No light bar on mine, will just have to follow it and see where it goes. Thakns
