Looking for a reasonably priced kit, and found this:

http://www.maplin.co.uk/500gb-2-camera-4...3#specification

Anyone got any knowledge on the subject?

Looks suitable for my needs, and most importantly easy to install.

Would need to connect the DVR to wifi, would a dongle work, or one of those adapter plugs with cable?

I bought the Swann camera set up for my parrot aviaries and inside the nest box. They are brill! Can watch on my iPhone and iPad wherever I am.My set up is in an out building then an Ethernet cable into the house to main computer system.I think the are worth the money.

Good man. Can only find good things said about them. Just wanted to make sure.

One thing I can't find is examples of image quality?

I bought one of these from Maplins Blackburn branch last week. Its a good quality easy to use kit but i couldn't connect to two relatively new tvs
because they used outdated connectors (the tvs that is).
So i ended up at pc world spending another £20.00 on a vga or svga lead.Had a clear out of old computer stuff last week and must have
binned 4 or 5 of them.
Aint that always the case.
