I have an L200 k74 automatic from 2004 is it possible to place bigger tires on it? and will it not hurt my transmission?

Putting bigger tyres on will not hurt your transmission, just alter the gearing slightly, I have 33" tyres on my Hilux and it just takes even longer to accelerate and the speedo is off by about 5mph, apart from that it will not damage anything. Just be sure to get the offset correct if you are replacing the rims also so that they clear the calipers
