Hello all, I was driving on motorway at 70mph in 2H in 2017 l200 warrior. The two green lights that are normally present went away and was replaced by one flashing orange diff light. At the same time the abs light and the anti skid light came on. What is going on? And is it still ok to drive untill I can get it looked at? Thanks
