It is like the difference between a trickle charger and a slow charger, for maintaining the battery it will be a great help, especially if left connected while the 'van is parked up.
100w is the same as 8 amps @ 12volts, that is a lot of chargability.. They will never cook the battery as it will only accept charge whilst it's depleted, when full it says stick it....

"so watt your saying.".................. please...

100w will be the same as a decent battery charger.
That OK?

well the solar panel worked very well this weekend

so if you are a keeper of a boat/caravan/motorhome/campervan or any thing else that involves using leisure battery or any battery this is the way forward guys

having spoken to other users they are impressed with their similar set up so upto now nothing bad to post

most vans have a trip these days and only charge when low. I have my van parked up on drive with it plugged in 24/7 just to keep battery trickle charged

did have warrior, but crossed over to disco 2.
Thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel, but it was somebody with a torch bringing more work!

Use a small panel with a heavy duty car battery to power an electric fence it seems to keep the battery going for a bit longer!!
