Can a 6 speed box from a later model Did model be fitted to an earlier 5 speed model Did 2006 animal, just wondered if anyone had any idea's or suggestions.
Just had my truck brought back to life (the 3rd one) and decided I'm keeping it to the end.

You can't get a UK spec L200 6 speed....

Iv been thinking about this problem for a while. Does anyone know how easy it would be to get a 6 speed gearbox from a 5th generation L200 into an originally 5 speed 3rd or 4th generation? Overdrives seem hard to come by these days and a 6 speed 3rd gen L200 would make my dream car lol.
