In all seriousness ( on here I know its unusual ) try some digestive enzymes....I get a lot of trapped wind and pains in the chest , and can actually feel the ' bubbling' at times.. Friend suggested digestive enzymes before every meal and 1 Probiotic tablet a day.....has helped no end! ( still get some burping but hey I'm only human........I Think! )

Eat yoghurt. Also can be caused by not clearing out well enough so have a decent curry to clear out the rotting veg stuck in your gut.
Alternatively give herself a cold so she can't smell 'em anymore

As bacteria breakdown undigested foodstuffs in your lower intestine, gas is produced. Not all of this gas is smelly. But it just so happens that the majority of the 'smelly' bacteria's job is to break down foodstuffs into fat for storage by the body.
These bacteria have probably multiplied recently and therefore is giving you this effect.
As mentioned by others, these bacteria can be brought back in line with pro-biotic drinks.
A good course of antibiotics gives the desired effect but is a little extreme.
In the meantime, avoiding fatty foods is a given.
But now, more importantly, avoid drinks with chemical sugar substitutes. Recent studies have shown these substitutes actually increase the amount of fat stored by the body, even so called 'diet' drinks also have this effect. ( yes, drinking a diet drink with these chemical substitutes will make you put on more weight than drinking the standard sugary drink )
They're allowed to be called diet because of thier contents, not because of how they effect and change your metabolism.
Hope this helps
