oil pressure switch ?

#1 by handymanat39 , Wed Oct 09, 2013 8:31 pm

Hi All
Tonight after filling up the oil pressure light was on dim, was not on before filling. After diving home 5 miles no noises or getting hot worked the ign key on off a few times started her and no light gave a good rev no light.
Do the 2.5 have sticky switches? ...or is there a wire gremlin.

Don't over tighten it as the oil filter housing can crack. I used a little sealer on the threads to stop it leaking.
