good news you got this sorted out, are you going to look into refitting the Rallitronic module?

Nah, I'll leave it off... I'm not a right big fan of tuning boxes and the fact it was hiding an overboost issue only reinforces me not liking them.

I'll probably see If I can get into the injector control module itself and repair anything obvious (dry joint, moisture, corrosion etc) then I may refit it only to test I've fixed it. Once its fixed I'll sell it on. Or if I can't fix it I'll sell it on for spares.

The trucks quite a lot slower now, so if I fancy getting some of the poke back I'll have the ECU mapped instead (think I can get it mapped for £150).
