Part swap idea

So my 2001 Trojan. Is a rusty ole so and so and I'm thinking, I can rub everything under below and spray it all, the. I'm thinking, fuk that, I've still the 2003 warrior in my garage, so,
Would it be a big awkward job to take the back axle, shaft and front axle with all parts and put them in the Trojan? Also would the 03 fly by parts go ok in the Trojan which is wired?
Thanks

To transplant FBW may be a pain as even things down to the oil pump are different. Unless you have a full engine/loom/ecu/keys from your old truck.
