Unless you know how to trace virus then yeah I would need connection. If its just pop up issues or running slow I can provide fixes for it by PM's or what ever means need it.

If people think just because they have Anti Virus enabled they cant get infected, you need to think again, If virus is encrypted there is no way any AntiVirus program will pick it up and specially if Virus is FUD ( FUD - Fully Un Detected - Meaning no mater what protection you have you will be infected )

I'm only offering services to people who actually need help. If any one is happy how their PC/Laptop works they don't really need my help on the first place.

As for connecting to other peoples PC software used is provided by TeamView well trusted don't take my word for it Google up your self. SO as I said unless you know manually how to find virus your self then I would need access remotely to PC in order to trace it and remove it manually.

It is always up to individual what they want to do. I'm just offering some of my services if any one should need it.

Thanks

as most savvy people know a virus checker is only as good as its last update anyway, also it may take time for the virus to become known and acted upon, i personally if anything worries me reboot to a known disk image of my machine and reinstall, usually takes about the same amount of time as hunting and correcting a virus and its damage anyway, oh the joys of owning a system thats addicted to the offerings of the microshaft cartel

Ultimately that would be the best option and would save loads of time also, but some people have way to much work on PC for them to loose it, so in cases where windows can't be reinstalled, I'm sure as you know manually hunting of virus will be need it.

But what you said above is 100% correct reinstalling windows would be best option if you don't have anything you need on PC.

one of the reasons i leave nothing important on a computer, if its important it gets burnt to a disk or transferred to a pen drive, anything really important that i need to keep adding to i then burn it to a dvd rw or the big external hard drive that carries nothing but data, although the files on that are also burnt to disk anyway as backup
