Hi all, im sure this is not the first time this is asked about, but i am considering converting both trucks to veggie next year....
I have found this kit on ebay:

Werbung: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261667499033?_...K%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

This would allow me to use at least one for work (70 miles a day)and get rid of the car.
Im sure i could find used oil with all local restraunts round my area.
i know a few of you already run on it, so if you can point me in the right direction,
any info tips etc welcome..

Looks like a decent kit, most people use this as it's cheaper, and very good

I run this tank in the tub for diesel
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vie...2603536&alt=web

I just cut 2 small slits in my tub liner and wrapped a ratchet strap round it to hold it in place.

I currently pay 65p a litre for new oil

I think it's well worthwhile, 60litres more or less fills it and only costs £38.97

The oily bits kit is the one to go for. Cheaper and proven. Good company. I run a very similar tank to birdie, Installled in a very similar fashion. Bookers or Makro is best for oil. I'm not sure bothering with WVO is worth the hassle these days when SVO is so cheap. Sub 70p/litre for most of us.

Go the new oil route. 65p/L in 20L drums from Costco gives you running costs of something like a Panda, and they work best over big miles.
