That's the way it's looking
maybe swap for h/d ones don't want to risk fitting another dodgy set of light duty

Maybe new shape ones - less parabolic than classics

Is the rear of a new shape lighter than a classic?

I think your first port of call is to find out what has caused the "sagging" that you've got
can you put the old shackles back on again to try them ? only asking as when you fit extended shackles , they allow the spring to flatten more as they will swing backwards. with the shorter shackles they are more under pressure and so have more of a curve to them. the short shackles would not have allowed the springs to flatten as much as they have.Do you kind of see what I mean or not ? so narrowing down whether changing the springs has caused your issues or if changing the shackles has caused it. If the shackles you have fitted are adjustable (have other holes in them for the bolt to go through) then it might be worth trying them on a different "height" to see if that makes any difference. I've attached a couple of pics of my (very old) springs with my shackles on full height if you want to compare them to yours.

Have you got the light duty springs from a 2wd truck? certainly doesn't look right

Quick update
contacted milners today & told them about the problem
the response is that light duty springs should not be fitted with a lift kit !
offered to sell me the h/d ones & then return the light ones for a refund
now personally i cannot see why fitting light springs & extended shackles would not lift the car
because the end of the spring is further away from the chassis
& it should defo not lower it
so going to take them off & return them to milners for exchange as i cannot afford to buy another set

Are your light duty from milners ?
the number painted on them is 6400v which according to milners are the right ones

Right guy's as luck would have it i was working in derby so i called into milners & exchanged the spring's for h/d ones
fitted them tonight after work (1hr 20min) & the truck is back to her old self but with a bit more lift
this could be because they are new or because they are h/d, it feels a bit stiffer on the road but not uncomfortable
towing is out of the question untill i can get a drop plate for the tow ball

Rear measurement

front
