Hey guys just a quick question. What grease would you recommend using for the grease nipples on the 2003 warrior l200. Cheers lads

@JhonboyHG yes you can mate, something we have to be careful of when servicing high speed machines at work. http://www.machinerylubrication.com/Read...of-overgreasing-

We're talking about a classic here, 'high speed machine' may not apply!

Very true but mines a facelift one with the powerbox

Joking aside I know its not a problem on most vehicles, the fastest grease nipple on our trucks will be the prop, I just wanted to highlight that you can over grease a bearing, might come in useful for someone one day, might not.

Well ether I've put to much in. Or it's the wheel bearing on the way out. Has a right wobble. The mechanics at work tighten up the ns wheel bearing as it had some play. But oh god 45 on the way back from York to Harrogate what's. Night mare

Deffinalty tight first thing I checked. Had the case off and looked behind ( where you adjust it) with the wheel off the ground and I can wobble the wheel around the drive shaft spindle easily. Only when the case isn't bolted on. But still has what I call a fair bit of play

Couldn't imagine it mate tbh il take a pic time see what I mean. But maybe it's just coincidence that the bearing has play as well

Agreed, in this case there is next to no chance that over greasing could cause that.

Is there a page for adjustment on wheel bearings. I think maybe the mechanic at work has adjustments the wrong way. As it wasn't as bad the other day.
