PC has gone Ti*s up - box came up yesterday saying Norton 360 has stopped & windows is checking for a solution etc. Same box when I try & open Firefox & IE McAfee scan was ok. System restore made no difference 😟

Norton support pages have a solution which is basically remove and re-install. Apparently this can happen after a failed update.

Gave up on Pc's years ago fed up with them crashing, going slow, freezing and virus's etc, got a mac book and an then an iPad and I've had no such issues since, TBH I rarely use the Mac book now as there isn't much the tablet won't do.

Could it be something to do with the 2 different virus scanners you have? Only ask as I have had a McAfee install go pear shaped because the PC had other anti virus software on it.
