I saw this Werbung: K&N Apollo on Ebay, it's still really cheap with a day to go. My question though, is it's advertised as a 'universa'l one, can any one see by looking at the picture of it if it needs anything else for it to fit on an Classic L200, or is it fine as it is? If it does require any extra pipes etc what does it need and how much would it cost to get the parts so it'll work on the L200?
This could be a good deal if it doesn't need much to fit it.

Does anyone know if Werbung: this wing mirror is of a classic shape?, around 2001 year. i thought it was but now i'm thinking it looks slightly different, maybe of an even earlier version

Not as a matter of urgency, I want black ones for the truck, I'm de-chroming it .
The mirror in the link just looks different to me, mainly the bracket part that attaches to the door, the top of it seems pointed, where my ones on the truck now are more flattened off. The same bloke is selling the one for the other side and it shows it a bit better.
I'll probably just spray them with satin black.

wow seem to be a bit cheap, do you reckon that's because it's an import and possibly expensive to insure?

Hey DK , last time it was discussed I think the concensus was no contact details but asking for your email address on a deal a bit too good to be true was just asking for trouble. But hey, you never know , he might just be a genuine seller that has tried many times to sell his truck but has to keep relisting it. I don't think I'll be emailing him my email address though

Maybe he's asking for your email address, so he can then do a deal outside of ebay and avoid the 10% fee? actually does that apply for vehicle sales?

Look at the way he's done the back shackles, he's used 2 sets of standard shackles and doubled them up???
Not sure if I like that but the rest of the truck looks clean
