Anyone know what the diameter is on the manual gear leaver of the old 87-95 L200? Looking for a new shifter knob.

the thread or the shaft itself, most gear knobs have a selection of plastic inserts

I ended up ordering one with a removable rubber grommet, so I can change it myself if need be

Same as the K-74 if you don't like the one you ordered
